Sprinkles Charity Foundation is dedicated to driving social impact and capacity building. One of its key initiatives is the Capacity-building Alliance for Sustainable Investment (CASI), an international cooperation platform dedicated to building talent and capabilities in sustainable finance. Chaired by Dr. Ma Jun, CASI boasts a powerful global network of more than 70+ institutional members, including financial institutions, top-tier universities, and stock exchanges.
We are looking for a motivated, creative, and proactive Associate to join our agile Hong Kong office to support our growing marketing campaigns, online educational platforms, and strategic B2C initiatives.
What You Will Do (The Role)
You will be the core marketing and community engine behind our upcoming public initiatives, university collaborations, and regional business ecosystem engagement.
- Marketing & Promotion: Assist in executing dynamic marketing campaigns for premium educational programs (e.g., professional certifications, online learning platforms, and certificate courses) to drive awareness and registrations.
- Ecosystem & Event Engagement: Support marketing and logistical coordination for our green business and education ecosystem initiatives, including regional sustainable finance forums and networking events.
- University Community Engagement: Actively connect and coordinate with local university student groups, academic societies, and youth communities to promote our student-focused green programs.
- Social Media & Content: Support the creation, formatting, and scheduling of engaging digital content across public channels (LinkedIn, Instagram) based on established brand guidelines.
- Strategic Assistance: Assist the Communications Head in execution, project coordination, and day-to-day strategic marketing operations.
Who We Are Looking For
The Mindset: A proactive, reliable team player who is energetic about marketing and community building. You excel at communications and enjoy networking with youth/students.
Interests: A genuine interest or educational background in Marketing, Communications, Sustainability, ESG, or climate change.
Skills:
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Comfortable with Canva, basic digital marketing tools, and social media platforms.
- Openness and agility in applying AI tools to daily job tasks.
- Strong connection or prior leadership experience with university student community groups is highly considered.
Experience:
- Prior experience or academic background in Green Finance/Sustainability/ESG or Branding/Marketing.
- Prior internship, university society committee experience, or event promotion is a plus.
